These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 786vin ("786vin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 786vin website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 786vin platform and close your account. Continued use of 786vin following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

To register and use a 786vin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with our international gaming licence obligations. 786vin has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.

• You have not previously had a 786vin account closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms.

Each eligible user may register one (1) 786vin account only. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without notice.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any of it changes.

786vin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration at any point in the account's lifetime. Acceptable KYC (Know Your Customer) documents include:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement showing account holder name, screenshot of crypto wallet)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the documentation is satisfactorily provided. 786vin may also restrict deposit functionality during an ongoing KYC review.

786vin supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Retail Cash OTC. Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 786vin reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source. Crypto deposits require a minimum number of blockchain confirmations before they are credited to your 786vin account balance; confirmation thresholds vary by network and are displayed in the cashier.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the account. You may not withdraw to a new, unverified payment method. All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory KYC review if not already completed. 786vin targets the following processing timescales:

• USDT TRC20 / ERC20: typically within 15–60 minutes after approval
• Bitcoin (BTC): typically within 30–90 minutes after approval, subject to network congestion

786vin reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal for the purposes of security review, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. Users will be notified if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period. 786vin does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

786vin offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sportsbook free bet credits from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The following general rules apply to all 786vin bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Bonus abuse across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on deposit bonuses is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.

• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

• Maximum Payout: All sportsbook markets are subject to maximum payout limits per market and per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook section of your account.
• Cricket Rules: For PSL and international cricket markets, a match must reach the minimum overs threshold required for an official result in the relevant format (as defined by the ICC or the relevant league body) for bets to stand. If the minimum threshold is not met, all bets on match outcome markets will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786vin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 786vin account, or registering a new account after a previous account has been suspended or closed.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than engage with games in good faith.
• Use of Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to interact with the 786vin platform without prior written authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit casino games, table game outcomes, or sportsbook markets in a manner that is unfair to 786vin or to other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 786vin platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 786vin has a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud directed at 786vin or its payment providers.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the 786vin platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately. Winnings derived from exploitation of a known system error will be voided.

786vin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account information
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities outside 786vin's reasonable control
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or software suppliers

786vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the cashier section. Accounts remain closeable upon user request at any time.

Upon account closure by either party, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any void bonuses) will be returned to the user via the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786vin holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 786vin platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to the 786vin support team via live chat or email. 786vin will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

• Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may ultimately be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising from your use of the 786vin platform must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action arose.

786vin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 786vin will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notification on the platform login page. The updated Terms will clearly state the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the 786vin platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support before the effective date.
